ERP Sales Solution Specialist

We are hiring a Sales Solution Specialist who is upbeat, proactive, able to manage time in a remote environment, and talented in building meaningful client relationships. You will work with customers using Microsoft Dynamics GP and other ERP platforms to analyze their current Accounts Payable processes and identify ways to elevate efficiency by adding automation and outsourcing payments.

This role reports to the Chief Evangelist Officer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our solutions and AP automation concepts and be able to present it skillfully to customers

  • Present skillfully on video calls with customers or via pre-recorded videos

  • Strategically prospect for new opportunities through existing customers, online communities and social platforms

  • Confidently close sales by solving customers business problems and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify Sales collateral needs and follow-up in a timely way with leads, and compose powerful sales emails and scripts

  • Track ongoing work and sales campaigns in CRM and understanding your sales funnel

Required experience/skills:

  • 2+ years experience working in mid-market ERP accounting systems – prefer candidates with experience in the Accounts Payable process

  • 2+ years experience in consultative sales skills - prefer candidates with experience in ERP-related sales

  • Competency in CRM and sales funnel analytics

  • Proven track record of closing sales

  • Knowledge of and/or previous experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Microsoft Teams and CRM specifically)

  • Ability to work remotely with the team, manage time and space in a way that allows you to give your work the focus and attention required

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Have been a Controller or AP Manager of a mid-market business for at least 3 years *and* have sales experience

  • Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Acumatica systems

  • Have led change in an AP department to implement new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and this is called out on your resume
