It’s almost time to say goodbye to the Early Access program for the Mekorma Payment Hub on Microsoft D365 Business Central (BC). But don’t worry, this is good news! You still have a chance to get the benefits of Early Access, while taking advantage of all the awesome features we have available now. 

What is Early Access for the Mekorma Payment Hub all about?  

While our development team has been hard at work building some of our most loved features for Business Central, we have made our Payment Hub solution available for a reduced price of $950 for your first year-for all subscription tiers! Your renewal price will move to subscription pricing as shown in the chart below. 

Plus, Early Access users who share testimonials and/or feedback may be eligible to earn 3 months free on your Mekorma Payment Hub subscription. Any customers who agree to participate in a case study on their experience using the Payment Hub for D365 BC may be eligible for a one-year free subscription. 

Current Dynamics GP users can take advantage of Early Access by utilizing their subscription to access both platforms simultaneously. This option is ideal for anyone thinking about moving to BC who might want to take a look around before officially making the switch. 

Early Access will end in April 2025, so if you’d like to take advantage of getting in early, we encourage you to sign up before the end of March!

  4. Be More Prepared for Audits or Payment Inquiries: We create a digital copy of each check you send and automatically store the copy with your payment in BC. We maximize security with this feature by removing the MICR line and signature from your digital copies. 

  5. Set Up Checks for Faster Processing: With our configurable MICR line feature within the Payment Hub, you can easily edit and configure your MICR line for each bank account. This ensures the MICR line can be set up exactly how the bank needs it, avoiding check processing delays. 

  6. Simplify Reporting & Multi-Entity Bank Account Management: Our Company Logos feature lets you easily add up to two images per bank account. These logos or images will appear on all reports or checks associated with that bank account. Save time and minimize manual work by setting up your bank accounts in advance and avoiding manual logo updates for different accounts. 

  7. Make Check Runs Secure, Efficient, and Simple: Import and store unlimited electronic signatures, set thresholds per ID, and configure signatures to speed up your check runs while keeping everything secure. 

  8. Shorten Your Payment Cycle, Batch Creation, & Approvals Process: With the Action Board add-on for Multi-Entity Management, you can reduce payment friction and delays by creating batches in a fraction of the time and empowering faster approvals with mobile workflows.
