Channel Sales Manager

Your responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and foster strong relationships with Microsoft VARs and SIs to increase partner-led sales and drive business growth.
- Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary education, product training, and co-selling support to ensure they can effectively sell Mekorma solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the partner sales pipeline and regularly report on partner-driven revenue performance.
- Strategic Deal Support: Assist partners in identifying and closing sales opportunities by providing strategic guidance on deals.
- Industry Representation: Attend industry trade shows and partner events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.

- Proactive: A self-starter who actively seeks out new opportunities and builds relationships with partners to expand the channel.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrates a strong ability to identify sales opportunities, pursue them relentlessly, and bring them to closure.
- Relationship-Oriented Sales: Skilled at building and maintaining meaningful connections with partners to drive mutual success.
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Ability to equip and train partners effectively for sales success.
- Strategic & Data-Driven: Demonstrated experience managing partner sales pipelines and reporting on performance.
- Flexible & Solution-Oriented: Comfortable navigating evolving processes and helping shape best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics: Experience with Dynamics GP, Business Central, or other ERP solutions is preferred.
