2026 Changes to Subscription Renewals
We’re updating how Mekorma subscription renewals are processed. Beginning November 1, 2026, renewals will move to a new automated payment process through our billing partner, iSolutions, and will no longer be completed through the Mekorma Portal.
This change is designed to make the renewal process simpler and more streamlined.
Renewals Before November 1, 2026
If you have a renewal with an expiration date of October 31, 2026, please renew in the Mekorma Portal as normal. Renewals will not be available for renewal in the Mekorma Portal after this date.
If you have a renewal with an expiration date of November 30, 2026 or December 31, 2026, you have the option to pay in advance before October 31, 2026 in the existing Mekorma Portal. If you do not renew prior to October 31, 2026, we will send you payment instructions and an invoice in early November.
The New Renewal Cycle Going Forward
- Your renewal invoice arrives three months before your renewal date.
- You enter a payment method once, and it stays on file.
- It’s charged automatically two weeks before expiration, so there’s no risk of a lapse while payment clears.
- You receive confirmation of payment.
New subscriptions, upgrades, and GP-to-Business Central conversions will continue to be purchased in the current Mekorma Portal going forward, the same way you have purchased in the past.
What You Need to Do Now
- If your renewal is due before October 31, 2026, be sure to purchase it in the Mekorma Portal as you normally would.
- If your renewal is due after October 31, 2026, you can renew in the existing Mekorma Portal prior to October 31, 2026, or wait for us to send you an invoice with payment instructions the first week of November.
Please share this with whoever handles Mekorma invoices on your team, if that isn't you. If you have any questions, please reach out to operations@mekorma.com.
