Mekorma Payment Hub v0.9 is Here! What’s New for Business Central Users?

Here’s what to look forward to in v0.9 of Mekorma Payment Hub for BC 

1. Remittance Overflow Reporting: First up on the list of new features is Remittance Overflow. If you’re still printing paper checks, this solution is designed to make check reports work for you, and not the other way around. Instead of printing page after page and wasting your check stock (and having to deal with a long list of voided checks), this feature allows you to create a separate report for large payments with overflow invoices. You can choose to send the overflow report to a different printer to avoid wasting check stock.  

   

2. Check Copy Archive: With this feature, we create a digital copy of every check you send and store the copy with your payment in BC. By removing the MICR line and signature, we ensure security while keeping a digital copy of every transaction. This feature sets you up for success by ensuring you're prepared for any payment inquiries or audits.

   

3. Configurable MICR line: Not all banks read MICR lines the same. It can be a real source of frustration to have to edit multiple MICR lines to ensure checks are accepted by different banks. With the configurable MICR line feature, you can easily configure your MICR line for each bank account, ensuring it is ordered exactly how the bank needs it, so your checks are processed more quickly. 
   
   

4. Company Logos Feature: Now you can easily configure up to two images per bank account. For larger organizations working within a multi-entity management scenario, this feature allows you to save time by avoiding having to manually add or change logos to reports or checks for individual bank accounts.
